Our Campus Connect program is designed to put you on the path to a long-term career at PCIPL. It’s an extensive program that grooms future leaders of the organization. You get to enhance your skills by getting first-hand experience of working with clients and collaborating with business teams.
We coordinate with educational institutions to sync our on-campus recruitment drives with their placement schedules. But lateral recruitment throughout the year is also possible. Off-campus and lateral applications can be made online on our website.
Post receipt of applications, candidates are shortlisted based on common metrics.
