Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jayendrakumar Parmar, an MBA graduate with a specialization in Finance from South Gujarat University, embodies a wealth of expertise cultivated over his illustrious 18-year career in the financial domain. His journey is not merely a testament to his accomplishments but also a narrative of transformative leadership within the realms of corporate finance, data analytics, and strategic management.

With an unwavering commitment to excellence, He has carved a niche for himself as a leader adept at navigating the complexities of modern finance. His proficiency extends across various facets of financial management, including Treasury, Risk, Forex, and Accounting.

One of his defining contributions lies in his pivotal role in the design and implementation of SAP S4 HANA ERP Solution, a project that revolutionized the operational landscape of the organization. Mr. Jindal Doshi

Mr. Jindal Doshi is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA in International Trade from ICFAI University. He possesses over 16 years of experience, 10 of which have been with PCIPL. Previously, he has worked with Emerson, a Fortune 200 company, as a Business Analyst. In the course of his illustrious career, he has built expertise in data analysis and designing & implementing business processes. At PCIPL he is in charge of Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain and also plays an integral role in strategy building, its implementation and institutionalisation through business processes.

Mr. Ujjval Shah

Technical Director

Mr. Ujjval Shah is a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai. He also holds a double masters in Chemical Engineering and MBA from Cornell University, USA. Prior to joining PCIPL, he gained experience in formulation design with P&G and has published white papers on biodegradable surfactant formulations. At PCIPL, he handles operations, R&D, quality assurance and new product development. He is also responsible for the company’s ventures into newer products through innovation and process optimization.

Mr. Dipen Bhatia

Chief Marketing Officer – ACE

Mr. Dipen Bhatia holds an MBA in Marketing Degree from Symbiosis Pune. He possesses a rich 17+ Years of experience in International Sales & Marketing for Inorganic chemicals. In his professional career he holds strong knowledge of the United States, Southeast Asia, Middle East and African Territories. With his forward-thinking & open-minded approach he continues to lead in a complex business environment, fostering Creativity & Innovation. At PCIPL, he is in-charge of the International Marketing & Strategic Sourcing divisions.

Mr. Narendra Tiple

CMO - Case Chemicals

Narendra Tiple has a B.Tech In Chemical Technology from LIT Nagpur and, MBA and PGDFT from Pune University. He possesses the experience of over 23 years in Bulk and Specialty chemicals with extensive knowledge in various end-use industries in Marketing Business development and Market development along with product management. He also has experience in strategy and consulting, for global chemical industries with Business strategy, commercial excellence, and customer experience. His key strengths are Ideation, connectedness, responsibility, and positivity. He is also a trekker, nature lover, and marathon runner. At PCIPL he is responsible for International Marketing for Specialty chemicals.

Mr. Tushar Bedekar

CMO - Care Chemicals

Tushar holds an MBA in Marketing Degree from Welingkar’s Mumbai & also a Diploma holder in Import - Export Management. He has a strong affinity for chemistry & excellent Business Development Acumen.

He has a rich and varied experience of 27 years in Spec Chemical Business, mainly in Aroma Chemicals and Cosmetics Ingredients. A people person, he has rich experience in leading high-performing teams, New Business Development, product management, striving for operational excellence, and driving growth initiatives across functions.

Tushar is passionate about the Outdoors. The mountains are his calling, the Himalayas fascinate him. He has attempted moderate to difficult treks. An avid running and cycling enthusiast he has successfully participated in the Tata Mumbai (TMM) full marathon, several half marathons, and duathalons. He has also undertaken endurance cycling events such as 200km BRM.
