Job purpose

To focus on product understanding and its applications for sourcing globally. Sourcing products of the company and build relation with suppliers.

Duties & responsibilities

• Understand critical product specifications for different applications & align company to source them.
• Sourcing products to fulfil the customers and suppliers need
• Developing and implementing Market strategy based on business plan of the company.
• Increasing the breath of suppliers by targeting the new products
• Relationship building & retention plan for existing suppliers
• Should be highly inclined to suppliers satisfaction & complaint redressal

Qualifications

MBA, Chemical Engineer with 2 - 6 years of sourcing experience in commodity chemicals, specialty chemicals & contract Manufacturing, Building strong relationship & development of sources, Development of product wise sourcing strategy
