Tushar holds an MBA in Marketing from Welingkar’s Mumbai & a Diploma in Import–Export Management. He has a strong affinity for chemistry & excellent business development acumen.

He has a rich and varied experience of 27 years in Specialty Chemical Business, mainly in Aroma Chemicals and Cosmetic Ingredients. A people person, he has led high-performing teams, new business development, product management, and growth initiatives across functions.

Tushar is passionate about the outdoors, especially the Himalayas. An avid runner and cyclist, he has completed several marathons, duathlons, and endurance cycling events, including 200km BRM rides.

Mr. Dipen Bhatia holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, and brings deep expertise in international sales, marketing, and sourcing of inorganic chemicals. As Chief Marketing Officer at Prakash Chemicals International, he leads global sales and marketing operations, drives sourcing strategy, and champions digital transformation to enable sustainable and profitable growth.

His experience spans diverse markets including the United States, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Over the years, he has built high-performing teams, developed successful go-to-market models, and strengthened PCIPL’s global presence through data-driven decisions and cross-functional leadership.

Mr. Akhouri Bikash Kumar holds an MBA from Pune University and is an Executive Alumni of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. With over two decades of global experience in the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers (CASE) industries, he brings a strong blend of strategic insight and practical leadership to every role he undertakes.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kumar has led marketing, business development, and growth initiatives across diverse geographies, driving measurable impact through brand building, market expansion, and customer engagement. His leadership is marked by a deep understanding of market dynamics, innovation-driven thinking, and a commitment to creating long-term value for stakeholders.
