Mr. Vivekanand Jha holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Personnel Management. He has also completed an advanced Leadership Training Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. 

With over 27 years of professional experience across the chemical industry, Mr. Jha has built deep expertise in strategic sourcing, domestic and international marketing, business operations, and supplier development. His career reflects a consistent focus on driving operational efficiency, building resilient supply chains, and fostering long-term partnerships across global markets. 

At Prakash Chemicals International, he drives strategic sourcing initiatives that strengthen the company’s global supply chain and reinforce its commitment to reliability, quality, and strong supplier partnerships. 

Mr. Tushar Bedekar

Chief Marketing – Care Chemicals

Tushar holds an MBA in Marketing from Welingkar’s Mumbai & a Diploma in Import–Export Management. He has a strong affinity for chemistry & excellent business development acumen.

He has a rich and varied experience of 27 years in Specialty Chemical Business, mainly in Aroma Chemicals and Cosmetic Ingredients. A people person, he has led high-performing teams, new business development, product management, and growth initiatives across functions.

Tushar is passionate about the outdoors, especially the Himalayas. An avid runner and cyclist, he has completed several marathons, duathlons, and endurance cycling events, including 200km BRM rides.

Mr. Jindal Doshi

Mr Jindal Doshi is a transformational business leader with over 21 years of professional experience, including 15 years of dedicated service at PCIPL. A Chartered Accountant and an MBA in International Trade, he brings a rare blend of financial acumen, operational excellence and strategic foresight. At PCIPL, he leads Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain, HR, Operations and IT, driving cross-functional integration and enterprise efficiency. As a key architect of the company’s long-term strategy, he plays a pivotal role in shaping, executing and institutionalising business processes that enable sustainable growth and organisational excellence. 

Mr. Dipen Bhatia

Mr. Dipen Bhatia holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, and brings deep expertise in international sales, marketing, and sourcing of inorganic chemicals. As Chief Marketing Officer at Prakash Chemicals International, he leads global sales and marketing operations, drives sourcing strategy, and champions digital transformation to enable sustainable and profitable growth.

His experience spans diverse markets including the United States, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
