Roles & Responsibilities

• Formulation of the business plan for the finance department at the beginning of the financial year
• Ensure liquidity of funds for business requirements
• Efficient cost-effective financial management
• Working capital cycle management
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Stay updated with RBI guidelines and banking regulations
• Update knowledge on financial instruments and share insights for company benefit
• Suggest systems to improve risk/reward ratio in forex management and other risk areas
• Customer creditworthiness analysis
• Manage financial and risk requirements of subsidiaries
• Provide MIS for business decision-making
• Cross-functional interface with Marketing, SCM, Procurement, and Operations
• Regulatory compliance: RBI, IFRS, SEBI
• Government benefits, subsidies, export benefits, advance license management, and identification of duty structures for new products

Qualifications

• B.Com + MBA in Finance
