Job Purpose:

• To provide accurate MIS and business analytics that support performance monitoring, financial insights, and data-driven decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Track key business metrics including Sales Revenue, Gross Margin, Profitability, Collections, Inventory.
• Monitor product-wise, customer-wise, Division – wise, helix –wise business performance.
• Generate monthly business reviews and performance summaries for leadership.

• Collect and consolidate data from SAP system, sales teams, finance, supply chain, and other departments.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies, duplicate records, and inaccurate entries.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting standards.

• Analyze sales trends, customer performance, product movement, and market opportunities.
• Track achievement against budgets, targets, and forecasts.
• Support management with profitability analysis and business decision-making.

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and collection performance
• Analyze debtor aging reports and working capital metrics.
• Support finance teams with profitability and margin analysis.
