Job Purpose

• Supply Chain Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall logistics and supply chain strategy and operations, in order to maximize efficiency and productivity of processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Define key supply chain KPIs
• Suggest process improvement solutions
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement timely solutions
• Train and evaluate other team members
• Work with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to determine the best suppliers and distributors

Qualifications

• MBA, 1 to 4 years of experience in international logistics. Experience in pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation. Knowledge of Customs, GST, and EXIM. Experience in managing overseas stock points and multi-location inventory
