Tushar holds an MBA in Marketing from Welingkar’s Mumbai & a Diploma in Import–Export Management. He has a strong affinity for chemistry & excellent business development acumen.
He has a rich and varied experience of 27 years in Specialty Chemical Business, mainly in Aroma Chemicals and Cosmetic Ingredients. A people person, he has led high-performing teams, new business development, product management, and growth initiatives across functions.
Tushar is passionate about the outdoors, especially the Himalayas. An avid runner and cyclist, he has completed several marathons, duathlons, and endurance cycling events, including 200km BRM rides.
Mr Jindal Doshi is a transformational business leader with over 21 years of professional experience, including 15 years of dedicated service at PCIPL. A Chartered Accountant and an MBA in International Trade, he brings a rare blend of financial acumen, operational excellence and strategic foresight. Mr. Dipen Bhatia holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, and brings deep expertise in international sales, marketing, and sourcing of inorganic chemicals.
